Mexica Tantra Yoga

a fusion of indigenous Mexica ancestral reverence with the internal polarity practices of Tantra and breath-conscious geometry

Mexica Tantra Yoga is a sacred system of breath, movement, and ancestral remembrance rooted in the harmonic geometry of the Earth and sky. It unites Mexica cosmology with tantric polarity work to restore coherence between the body, mind, and ancestral field.

At its core, this practice honors Rezo a los Ancestros—a living prayer offered through breath and stillness to awaken ancestral memory within the present self.

It integrates:

  • Tantric Breath and Movement: Harmonizing inner masculine and feminine currents.

  • Geometric Postures: Embodied alignments based on sacred forms (tetrahedron, icositetragon).

  • Solar and Calendar Rituals: Anchored in the Mexica tonal cycles.

  • Service Orientation: Every act is an offering back to the collective field.

The Temazcal (sweat lodge) is the womb-chamber of the practice—a geothermal crucible of rebirth where steam, silence, and song melt memory into renewal. Within it, the body becomes a vessel of harmonic transmutation.

This is not a personal path of ascension. It is a harmonic remembrance field—for the Earth, for the ancestors, for all.

Christian’s vision is to help form communities of conscious, strong individuals who are connected to their purpose, walking through life with dignity, direction, and courage.

Arjuna

Raised in the rural high desert landscapes New Mexico, Kalidasa’s early years were steeped in the rhythms of the natural world on his grandparents’ cattle ranch. His deep connection to the earth and the divine was nurtured by the unwavering devotion of his grandparents to Our Lady of Guadalupe, which left a sacred imprint on his young spirit. Rooted in a powerful lineage of Curanderas—respected practitioners of traditional Mexican healing arts—Kalidasa inherited a natural affinity for the divine feminine and a profound sense of spiritual protection and inner magic. These formative experiences were the foundation of his spiritual awakening, long before he consciously embarked on a path of healing and self-realization.

A life-altering injury in adolescence became a turning point, catalyzing Kalidasa’s journey into yoga and energy mastery. What began as a seemingly accidental introduction to yoga quickly revealed itself as a destined path when a single breath during Warrior III posture ignited a powerful surge of life force energy. This moment unveiled his innate ability to channel, regulate, and transform energy through embodied practice. Guided by the benevolence of the divine mother, Kalidasa’s quest for healing has taken him around the world, learning from humble yet profound teachers across cultures. His work now integrates these universal truths, shared through a deeply personal lens. Kalidasa has been initiated in Kundalini Tantra and is an Aguila del Fuego in the Mexica Tradition. His teachings are a fusion and extension of his personal journey.
